BISTEC RANCHERO Strips of steak or chicken, bell peppers, cilantro, herbs and a tomato based sauce go to create this simple but robust country dish from Sonora, Mexico.
CARNE ASADA CON SALSA ANTIGUA A thin cut of grilled beef steak accompanied by roasted chiles, salsa and guacamole.
SABANA INVIERNO Thin sliced and well seasoned beef steak on a bed of beans, chorizo and cheese au gratin.
MILANESA A lightly breaded and seasoned beef steak cooked to a golden brown and served with guacamole.
SONORA (Chile Colorado) Bite-sized pieces of chuck roast cooked in an adobo sauce.

CAMARONES AL CILANTRO Exytra large gulf shrimp sauteed with garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Served over a bed of rice.
CAMARONES DIABLA Prawns sauteed with chardonnay winw, garlic, herbs, olive oil and crushed peppers. Request extra peppers for more bite.
CAMARONES AL CHIPOTLE or with SALSA NUEVA Sauteed prawns bathed in a very piquant chipotle and garlic sauce. Salsa nueva is made with chipotle in a creamy sauce.
SEA BASS TACOS Pieces of sea bass sauteed with bellpeppers, onion, garlic, herbs and topped with grated cheese, tomatoes and salsa nueva.
LOMO DE PUERCO Grilled pork tenderloin stuffed with chorizo, manchego cheese, spinach and a poblano sauce. A very suculent dish !
